These are a pack of assorted "Rocket" or "Spiral" balloons. 

They are designed to soar, dive, twist, fly, and whistle when released. 

The package contains approximately 20-40 multi-coloured latex balloons. 

When inflated, they can reach lengths of up to 48 inches (122 cm).
